[New Opening] MENSHO TOKYO Culver City Opens in the United States

MENSHO Inc. is pleased to announce the opening of its new restaurant,, in Culver City, California, USA. This marks our first location in the city of Los Angeles.

Many guests who had been looking forward to the opening visited us from the very beginning, allowing us to start operations in a lively and welcoming atmosphere.

Located in Culver City, near the heart of Los Angeles, the restaurant features a warm interior centered around vintage wood. Distinctive lighting, with neon placed inside transparent lanterns, creates a space where Japanese aesthetics and modern sensibility come together.

The restaurant embodies MENSHO’s Farm to Bowl concept by milling wheat with a stone mill and making noodles in-house every morning. Another highlight of the Culver City location is its expanded selection of vegan menu items.
