[New Opening] MENSHO Glendale Opens in the United States

MENSHO is pleased to announce the opening of its new restaurant, MENSHO Glendale, in Glendale, Arizona, USA. This marks our third location in the state of Arizona.

On opening day, many guests lined up to visit us, and we were able to begin this new chapter with the warm support and encouragement of the local community.

The restaurant is located within the Westgate Entertainment District, a lively area where visitors gather for shopping, dining, and entertainment. The interior is decorated in a way that reflects MENSHO’s style while incorporating plants suited to Arizona’s climate. Large screens also introduce Japanese ramen culture, creating a space where guests can experience ramen not only through flavor, but throughout the entire restaurant environment.

The restaurant is also equipped with an in-house noodle-making room. By blending locally sourced flour with Japanese flour, we create noodles with careful attention to detail, forming the foundation of a special bowl that can only be enjoyed here.

At the Glendale location, we have introduced a new original menu item: Tokyo Chaccha-Kei, inspired by Tokyo’s back-fat ramen culture. Reimagined with Arizona ingredients and MENSHO’s techniques, this bowl balances the rich umami of back fat with a clean, sharp finish.
