[New Opening] MENSHO Salt Lake Opens in the United States

MENSHO Inc. is pleased to announce the grand opening of its new restaurant, MENSHO Salt Lake, in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA. This marks our first location in the state of Utah.

Since the soft opening period in May, many guests have visited the restaurant, and on the day of the grand opening, we were once again warmly supported by the local community as we began this new chapter.

Located in Salt Lake City, Utah, the restaurant features a spacious interior with high ceilings and design elements inspired by traditional Japanese architectural techniques. The result is an open and striking space filled with the warmth of wood and a calm, comfortable atmosphere.

The menu offers a wide selection of dishes featuring wagyu, including Wagyu Shoyu Ramen, A5 Wagyu Aburasoba, and A5 Wagyu Sushi. Guests can enjoy a deep, layered flavor that carefully brings out the natural qualities of each ingredient.
