MENSHO TOKYO San Francisco, located in San Francisco, California, USA, has been listed in the MICHELIN Guide San Francisco 2025. This marks the restaurant’s ninth consecutive year of inclusion since the 2017 edition.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who has visited and supported us over the years.
Since opening in San Francisco in 2016, the restaurant has sought to share the appeal of ramen with a wider audience in a city where diverse food cultures and lifestyles coexist. From the beginning, its signature menu has centered on a rich Toripaitan Ramen.

In pursuit of the ideal flavor, we visited poultry farms to find the right suppliers, worked closely with local ingredients, and continued to refine the recipe through repeated adjustments until arriving at the bowl we serve today.
We carefully select ingredients available locally, prepare them with care, and continue to cook our soup in-house every day. Without compromise, we will continue to face each bowl sincerely and share the appeal of high-quality ramen with the world.
