A premium tsukemen offering two noodles: freshly made mochi noodles and freshly milled wheat noodles. The dipping soup is built from mature chicken and nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch), scented with aonori seaweed from Shikoku’s Yoshinogawa. Designed to highlight the distinct umami of each noodle and let you experience two different expressions in one sitting.
