The same five-brewery kioke soy sauce tare—raw soy sauce, tamari, saishikomi, koikuchi, etc.—paired with a carefully simmered clear soup made from domestic mature chicken, pork, niboshi, shellfish, and other selected ingredients. Served with plenty of handmade wontons prepared fresh each morning.
