Starting today, we’re serving a limited-time sakura shrimp ramen!!

These are seasonal sakura shrimp from Suruga Bay, where I once had the chance to join local fishermen on their boat during the shrimp harvest.

After seeing firsthand how they risk their lives to bring them in, this ramen carries that spirit.

Every time fresh sakura shrimp arrive from Suruga Bay, I think of those fishermen.

Natural umami, of course with no added MSG.

Please enjoy it together with the flavors of spring.
